These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all mobile applications published by AppCodism Technologies (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps.

Use of the App

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to:

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the app.
• Not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services or interfere with other users.
• Not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from the app without our prior written consent.

Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features within our apps require payment or an active subscription. Please note:

• Subscription pricing and details are clearly displayed before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not store your payment information.
• To cancel a subscription, go to your Apple ID settings → Subscriptions at any time.
• Refund requests are handled in accordance with Apple’s refund policy.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and functionality within our apps are the exclusive property of AppCodism Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of our apps. The AppCodism Technologies name, logo, and product names are trademarks of AppCodism Technologies and may not be used without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AppCodism Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of our apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to any of our apps, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or AppCodism Technologies. Upon termination, your licence to use the app ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our apps, business practices, or applicable law. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
